I switched broadband provider or router, what do I need to do to get access again?

In most cases reconnecting the Ethernet cable to your broadband router will get everything back up and running

So you got a new router or switched to a new provider, and want to get remote access set back up. Thankfully this usually doesn't require a technician as long as the new router is installed in the same location.

All you will need to do is reconnect the Ethernet cable to the back of your new router, and in the next few minutes you should be able to access your system via your PC or Smartphone as before.

Should the system still not be online after reconnecting the cable, or if your installation required WiFi connectivity, this will require a technician to call out in order to troubleshoot or reconfigure your system.
