Remote viewing requires an active broadband connection with sufficient speed. An Android, iOS, macOS or Windows device is also required.
Remote Viewing requires an active broadband connection. The connection must also allow sufficient upload speed to push footage to remote viewers. To remotely view the second device must also have an internet connection via Wi-Fi or Mobile data with sufficient download speed to pull the footage down.
Remove viewing is first enabled on the Recorder once it is connected to the internet. Then the remote viewing device can be paired by entering the unique recorder identifier and their login credentials via either the smartphone app, or the PC software.
